Product Update: Step-wise Student Process and Detailed Profiles for Students & Leads

Last month’s product update: Custom roles was a big hit among our customers. I hope this update brings you the same joy!!

The next feedback that we have worked on is the Step-wise process and creating a detailed profile for the students and leads. Gathering all kinds of input from different customers, we have implemented it in the most basic manner.

Classpro has made itself a guide to all the new users. Let me show you around the new features and how it will help you.

1. Step-wise Student Process:

When you click on New Student or New lead, you are directed to a step-wise process where it will indicate the next step to be taken or you can skip to the next step.

2. Detailed Student & Lead Profiles:

When the admission or lead process is completed, you are welcomed with a whole new profile of the student or Lead. You can add notes and tasks, each SMS sent to the student or leads will be recorded there and all the information pertaining to the student, lead and their parents will be shown in the profile.
