Once again we are back with new feature launches in Classpro.
Here it goes:
1) Web Enquiry Plugin:
We just released a new plugin for you to capture enquires happening in your own website. Our Web Enquiry Plugin integration is easy and it will send auto notifications on new inquiry created via email and SMS to the concerned person in your organization handling inquiries. Along with this a new separate report has been introduced in Classpro which can show the number of enquiries received via website.
Below are the steps to integrate enquiry plugin in your own website:
Step1:
Click on Setting > Organisation > Website Settings > Web Enquiry Plugin. Copy the code.
Click on Setting > Organisation > Website Settings > Web Enquiry Plugin. Copy the code.
Step2:
Copy the following script and insert it into your website’s HTML source code between the tags.

However, if the website is developed by any third party company then the copied code can be sent via email and they can integrate the code in your website.
2) Web Enquiry Reports:
To track the details of all the inquiries received from the website this report will be helpful. To view, this report clicks on Reports > Enquiry > Web Enquiries.
3) CSV Export:
A new CSV export option has been introduced in all our reports related to admission and fees.
