Consolidated Reports

With the launch of consolidated reports, the coaching classes users will be able to see all the branches report combined in one central dashboard. Now no need to open each individual branch to check the reports.

Here are some of the new consolidated reports:
1) Admissions:
– This will show the admission details of all the branches combined and the report can be filtered as per the requirement.

2) Fees:
– Easily Track outstanding and received fees across all the branches at one place.
3) Inquiries:
– View the inquiry details of all branches along with their respective status of the inquiry.
4) Expense:
– Track expense detail across all the branch combined.

New Enquiry View:

We have introduced a separate view for Enquiry in which only the leads for which inquiry details has been added will be shown.
The user can filter the inquiries based on user, stage, source and academic year. The other major advantage of this view is that along with the student profile picture, the inquiry course name will be shown too.

– Login into Classpro
– Select a Branch
– Click on Leads menu and select Enquiry menu.
